Why delete and enforce on users’ comments when you can inspire empathy and create teachable moments?

Working with Emiliana Simon-Thomas, a behavioral scientist at Berkeley, my team and I created a patented norm-setting experience that helps users receive actionable feedback about perceived harmful comments they made on Instagram. 

After receiving a notification, users can reconsider their comments, and decide whether to keep or delete them.
